Returns

Unreel Obsession has a 30 day return policy. Unfortunately, if your 30 day return policy period has expired, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item you purchased must remain unused and returned in the same condition that you received the product in. Any items trying to be returned, not in their original condition, will be subject to denial.

Refunds

Once the product being returned is received, it will be inspected for issues. After inspection, we will send you an email to notify you, based on the approval or denial for your refund. If approved, there will be a $10.00 processing / re inventory fee applied.

Late / Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after a suitable time frame, we suggest contacting your bank or credit card company. Usually a refund takes 2-3 weeks before seeing a posting. After 3 weeks, without a refund, please contact us at des@unreelobsession.com

Sale Products / Items on Sale

Sales items will not be refunded. Only regular priced products may be refunded or exchanged.
