Shipping Schedule
At UNREEL OBSESSION, we strive to process and ship orders as soon as we receive them, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. We will also attempt to ship out on Saturdays, depending on our schedule, work flow and personal location. Depending on shipping companies, this is either same day, or in a 3 – 4 day shipping window.
International Shipping
International shipping costs vary from country to country. Please send an email to des@unreelobsession.com to place order and discuss shipping prices.
Tracking Your Package
In order to Track and Trace your purchases, please refer to your shipping confirmation email / tracking number, then simply go to “that” companies website to track your package. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at des@unreelobsession.com
Lost / Stolen Packages
UNREEL OBSESSION is not liable for any lost or stolen packages, incorrect ship to addresses. Once the product is shipped, the shipping carrier / company assumes responsibility. However, as a valued customer, UNREEL OBSESSION will help as much as possible.
